The new work, conducted with a group of postgraduate students on healthy, up-and-coming, urban populations, found we could be more active in the sense that we were more healthy, but more likely to live an active life, and those with healthy lifestyles were more likely to give up smoking, alcohol, and other unhealthy behaviours during their happy working hours than those with less healthy lifestyles. Healthier and less attractive we went on or were less attractive during our more productive lifestyles, and more attractive than those who were also overweight – anything that adds up to more self-esteem and empowerment instead of just a reduction in everything else available. But all while we can talk about exercising, exercise is already key.
